Darya Vasilevskaya – in 2000 gradu­ated with hon­ours from the Law Fac­ulty of the Rus­si­an State Uni­versity of oil and gas in Mo­scow. In 2001 she com­pleted a thes­is for the de­gree of Doc­tor of Law, en­titled «A con­sti­tu­tion­al bases for the sub­soil ex­plor­a­tion in Rus­si­an Fed­er­a­tion» at the Academy of State ser­vice at the Pres­id­ent of Rus­si­an Fed­er­a­tion. Since 2000 she has been work­ing at the Centre for Pro­duc­tion Shar­ing Agree­ments Im­ple­ment­a­tion and Sub­soil Use Leg­al Sup­port of the Min­istry of Nat­ur­al Re­sources of Rus­si­an Fed­er­a­tion. From 2006 she is Deputy Dir­ect­or of State Policy De­part­ment for geo­logy and sub­soil use, Min­istry of Nat­ur­al Re­sources. She is the au­thor of more than 30 pub­lic­a­tions in Rus­sia con­cern­ing the leg­al prob­lems of sub – sur­face ex­plor­a­tion.
