Exhibitor Options

  • Option 1 – Exhibition booth (2 m length x 2 m depth x 2.5 m height) = £ 2 800 GBP
    Fee includes: 1 delegate admission to master classes and the forum; One ticket to gala dinner
  • Option 2 – Exhibition booth (3 m length x 2 m depth x 2.5 m height) = £ 4 200 GBP
    Fee includes: 2 delegate admissions to MINEX Russia 2011 Forum; 2 tickets to gala dinner
  • Option 3 – Exhibition booth (4 m length x 2 m depth x 2.5 m height) = £ 6 200 GBP
    Fee includes: 4 delegate admissions to master classes and the forum; 4 tickets to gala dinner; 1 colour advert in the catalogue
  • Virtual Booth 12 months subscription on MINEXFORUM.com website = £ 1 200 GBP.
    Fee includes virtual booth hire for the period of 12 months on (expo area), placement of marketing information (up to 5 MB), full colour advertisement or 150 word company profile in “MINEX Russia 2011” catalogue, 30% discount off standard delegate fee.

Booth Exhibitor Terms

  • Exhibition booth hire from 7 am on 5 October till 6 pm on 6 October 2011 at the Radisson Slavyanskaya Hotel (Forum venue), monochrome company name print on the front panel, hire of 0.7m square table, 2 chairs, 220 V electric socket.
  • Short (150 words) exhibitor profile on “MINEX Russia 2011” website and Forum’s catalogue.
  • One presentation slot at Business Podium on 5 or 6 Oct.
  • Delegate admission (pls. see terms below) to “MINEX Russia 2011” Forum on 5-6 October
  • Delegate admission (pls. see terms below) to “MINEX Gala Dinner” on 5 October
  • Additional delegate passes to “MINEX Russia 2011” Forum can be purchased at discounted rate – 30% off standard fee.
  • Exhibitors who have booked exhibitor option 3 are entitled to a complimentary full page advert in the Forum’s catalogue.

Table top Exhibitor Terms

  • Hire of table, chair and small area for one mobile display stand (maximum width up to 1.3 m and height up to 2.5 m).
  • Listing of exhibitor’s profile (up to 150 words) on “MINEX Russia 2011” website and in the Forum catalogue.
  • One presentation slot at Business Podium on 5 or 6 Oct.
  • One delegate admission to the MINEX Forum on 5 and 6 October.
  • Additional delegate passes to “MINEX Russia 2011” Forum can be purchased at discounted rate – 30% off standard fee.

Terms of Booking

Booking confirmation and invoice: You will receive acknowledgement of your booking and invoice within 48 hours of sending your registration. Please call us on + 44 (0) 207 520 9341 in case you do not receive confirmation within stated period.

Payment: Payments must be received in full before 12 September. UK VAT is not applied to payments made to the UK account. Payments made to the account in Russia will be subject to Russian VAT, Bank commission charges and Exchange rates. All credit card payments are subject to 3% charge. AMEX card payments are not accepted.

Booking cancelations: if received in writing before 12 September 2011 will be subject to administration charge of 200 GBP. The full fees are payable in the event of cancelation after 12 September 2011. Delegate substitutions are welcome at any time (providing the delegate has Russian entry visa).
